Sir Nicholas Stern at legislators' conference on climate change

Sir Nicholas Stern spoke at the legislators' conference on climate change held in Washington, D.C. last week, as explained in a World Bank article. There is also a link to Sir Stern's interview discussing the effects of climate change, including reduced snow and ice in the Himalayas.
